This pure mel script does not contain any pthyon. mel source code in it. this means that this plugin will work in later maya versions and there will not be any incompatibility issues.

this function is used to smooth strange skin weights in skins binded with rig. for this operation you should select the vertex that requires smooth and then apply the command.

usage:
select paint skin vertices those needs to be smoothed.
and execute the following command
ktSmoothPaintSkinBySelectedVertices;
